Labradorite Peacock Pendant V2by ~RoyalKitness

After my first peacock sold so quickly (to a lovely customer from DeviantArt!), I decided to make another one!

The stone is labradorite, you will not believe the colours that are in it! It's very difficult to capture on camera, and I haven't done it justice.

The peacock has been made from polymer clay which was cured (baked) until set and totally solid.

I've applied a small amount of gold metallic wax to the tail to bring out the textures... this is very delicate work done with a toothpick!
